BIO

Sarah Grace Lee is a mission-driven development and outreach professional whose life’s work centers on compassion, community uplift, and meaningful connection. With over a decade of public-facing nonprofit service, donor engagement, and philanthropic leadership, she has built a reputation for pairing heartfelt storytelling with genuine relationship-building. Her personal motto — “Love through Action; Compassion through Contribution” — reflects both her character and her professional ethos.

Sarah’s commitment to service began long before she formally entered the nonprofit sector. For more than ten years she has served as a volunteer, ambassador, and advocate for organizations such as Compassion International, Lifestream Blood Bank, OUR Rescue, Operation Blankets of Love, America Film, and the Miss West Coast Pageant network. She also sponsored Pearl's Sari-Sari store in the Philippines to support vocational development and economic empowerment of locals; and is a long-term sponsor for educational and college opportunities for others through individual giving.
She founded the Love Action Challenge, a grassroots initiative encouraging monthly acts of generosity, volunteerism, and community support. Her work has helped raise awareness for mission-aligned organizations while inspiring others to give back in accessible, meaningful ways.
As a donor-relations professional, Sarah brings a strong foundation in stewardship, individual giving, sponsor engagement, and event-based cultivation. Her background in high-level public representation — including serving as Mrs. California in the United States National Pageant — has given her extensive experience working with partners, sponsors, and community leaders at galas, fundraising events, media engagements, and mission-driven programs. She is known for her authenticity, warmth, and the ability to make every donor and community member feel seen, valued, and appreciated.
Parallel to her philanthropic journey, Sarah is also a multi-hyphenate creative: a SAG-AFTRA actor, on-camera host, and former professional ballerina with national & international performance credits. Her artistic background enriches her development work, enabling her to bring narrative, emotion, and human connection into donor communications, campaigns, and community outreach. She is currently producing her own feature film, blending storytelling with purpose-driven visibility.
Sarah holds a 4.0 GPA as a current student at Cypress College, where she is completing an Associate of Liberal Arts in Mathematics & Science with additional studies in Earth Science, geography, and radiologic technology — a reflection of her lifelong curiosity and dedication to growth.
Whether supporting a fundraising campaign, cultivating donor relationships, or representing an organization’s mission publicly, Sarah approaches each role with empathy, excellence, and a deep belief that small acts of service can create immeasurable impact. Her work blends heart, professionalism, and purpose — the attributes that have shaped her into a trusted advocate for the communities and causes she serves.
"Love through Action; Compassion through Contribution."
