LOVE ACTION INITIATIVE
One Charity. Every Month. Real Impact.
The "LOVE ACTION INITIATIVE" is a grassroots mission encouraging monthly acts of generosity, volunteerism, and community support. It is rooted in the belief that love is not just a feeling, but an action we choose - change happens when we decide to make contribution a priority in our monthly routine.
The mission is simple, so that anyone of any age can participate:
1. Choose at least one charity/cause per month for 12 months; contribute to it at least $5, or 1 hour of volunteer work. (It can be the same charity/cause each month, or something different each time; it doesn't matter.)
2. Post the charity/nonprofit of the month, what their purpose is, and how others can find them to contribute.
3. Use the hashtag #LoveAction on social media when you post about it.
4. Invite others to join us.
5. At the end of 12 months, share a collage or post of all the nonprofits we worked with! Continue on if you believe it spreads love.
The initiative's guiding message, "Love through Action; Compassion through Contribution," reflects the founders belief that every single human draws intrinsic value and purpose from the love God has for them, and the love they share with others.

As founder, Sarah Grace Lee, practices leadership by example - sharing her own charity of the month which she contributes to and highlights on her sites. She has also included a list of some of the various nonprofits she recommends, so anyone can start their Love Action journey with ease.

Freeing Modern Slaves in Pakistan
Project Jubilee actually sets captives free. Families who have been indentured servants for generations are having their debt paid off and set up in their own dwelling and set up in their own business to insure their freedom and the ability to sustain their family.
Once the debt is paid, they are legally set free, but we want to help them thrive not just get free. We help them find an apartment and pay the rent for a few months until they are able to get their business started. We also purchase for them a Tuk-Tuk to start a taxi or delivery service and we also help the women in the family by buying them a sewing machine and get training for it. We also set them up with a local pastor to mentor them and help them with their new found freedom.
If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) exists to rescue children from trafficking and exploitation. They raise awareness and uncover crimes of human trafficking, help law enforcement find and bring justice to the traffickers, and they help put survivors in the path to recovery.
Food on Foot is a nonprofit dedicated to assisting our unhoused and low-income neighbors in Los Angeles with nutritious meals, clothing, and a fresh start through life-skills training, full-time employment, and permanent housing.
LifeStream Blood Bank is a non-profit that provides blood products and services to more than 80 Southern California hospitals and medical facilities, to fulfill patient needs.
Big Sunday is a nonprofit that organizes ways for the community to get involved and volunteer to help the community. They create projects to help schools, faith groups, businesses, families, and individuals.
HER Too 's mission is to pay for treatment options – whether it be Western medicine or Eastern, including experimental and natural medicine – for breast cancer. They are a dedicated group that endeavors to raise awareness about breast cancer and to help women get the treatment they deserve!
Operation Blankets of Love (OBOL) is a nationally recognized animal welfare emergency relief nonprofit dedicated to help save the lives of homeless animals. We enhance the quality of life for homeless animals by providing critical pet items such as: food, treats, blankets, towels, beds, crates, leashes, collars, toys, and medical supplies to shelters, rescue groups, pets of the homeless, veterans, seniors, disabled, struggling families with pets, and natural disaster response.
A foundation that provides for the education of Filipinos in poverty; providing them with a chance to get a diploma, a community to rally around them, and an opportunity to rise as leaders in their community.
America Film is a nonprofit that uses film & media to educate, and advocate for humanitarian causes; as well as helps artists and new businesses have a sustainable future. They share stories that inspire, educate, and spread compassion.
Samaritan's Purse is an evangelical Christian humanitarian aid organization that provides aid to people in physical need as a key part of its Christian missionary work.
Partner with Samaritan’s Purse to send gift-filled Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to children in need around the world together with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
